GENEZES OF LEGISLATION ON THE ARIES OF THE THIRD PERSON IN CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article considers the issue of the formation and development of legislation on the arrest of third party property. It is concluded that it is necessary to introduce changes and additions to the norms that determine the status of this participant in criminal proceedings. And also change the order of seizure of his property.
