THE MODERN MODELS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND MARKET FORMATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article studies the state of development of the agricultural land market and discusses the main problems related to the formation of the land market and its functioning in modern conditions. The reasons for the introduction of the moratorium on the alienation of agricultural lands, the main directions of land reform and existing legislative initiatives for starting the agricultural land market in Ukraine are investigated in this article.
