ENSURING THE PRINCIPLE OF STABILITY OF THE CONSTITUTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Article is devoted to the coverage of one of the main principles of the constitution – the principle of stability. Provided by the author’s vision of the principle of stability based on the analysis of the provisions of the modern constitutional doctrine. It was noted how the legislative process affects the state of ensuring in Ukraine the principle of stability of the Constitution (by the example of the draft laws of Ukraine on languages and the renaming of Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions).
