THE CONCEPT OF PERMISSIVE SYSTEM AS A MEANS ENSURING THE MANAGEMENT OF LABOR PROTECTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the concept of a permit system as a means of ensuring the management of labor protection. It has been established that in the field of labor protection, the notion of a permit system can be applied in two meanings – narrow and broad. A narrow and broad definition of the concept of the permit system as a means of ensuring the management of labor protection in Ukraine is defined.
