SOME QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS OF THE LEGALITY OF INJURY TO OBJECTS OF CRIMINAL PROTECTION BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES

Abstract
This article consider with the questions of the legality determine the conditions causing damage to the objects of criminal protection by law enforcement officers. Subject to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the national police” identified some differences in the bases and conditions of legality of the use circumstances precluding criminality to law enforcement officers. The necessity of consolidation in Chapter VIII General of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provisions on conditions of legality circumstances precluding criminality law enforcement officials are set on the basis of legislation which regulated their legal status.
