CRITERIA DISTINGUISHING CRIMINAL OFFENSES OF CRIMES AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES

Abstract
This article analyzes the nature and content categories «crime», «criminal offense», «administrative offense». The task of determining the delimitation of those categories is decided in the light of research features – public danger because of its nature and degree of differentiation is considered the main criterion unlawful acts.
