DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC ORDER IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The directions of improvement of legal regulation of public order in the secondary educational institutions of Ukraine are investigated in the article. It is substantiated that it is expedient to adopt a unified normative legal act that would reg- ulate the provisions for ensuring public order in secondary schools. The necessity of introducing the institute of “school officers” on the basis of units of the National Police of Ukraine is proposed.
