CONTENTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL RELATIONS: THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the content of administrative and legal relations. Their con- stituents are a set of subjects rights and legal obligations of subjects of administrative law as components of the content of administrative and legal relations. It is proved that subjective rights are a measure of the possible behavior of the partici- pant in the relevant legal relations, in terms of satisfying his public interests and needs, and provided by the corresponding administrative duties of other (obligated) persons, and legal obligations – this is a measure of necessary behavior, which has normatively established limits and implementation of which is provided by the state.
