FEATURES OF THE LEGISLATION ON PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislative regulation of the industrial and economic activity in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The author examines the modern legislation on different types of industrial activity in agriculture and determines its peculiarities. Proposals concerning the improvement of the contemporary legislation on industrial and economic activity of agrarian subjects are formulated.
