INVOLVEMENT OF WITNESS TESTIMONY IN CIVIL CASES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the methods and the procedure of involvement the testimony of a witness in a civil proceeding. The emergence of witness testimony by providing evidence and giving court orders are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of oral and written form of testimony involvement are comparing. Concludes, about the necessity for main written form of involvement of witness testimony.
