CHRISTIAN ONTOLOGY OF JUSTICE AS A KEY PHILOSOPHY AND LAW CATEGORY

Abstract
The article discovers the ontological essence of justice as the philosophical and law category. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the conventional and Christian concepts of justice, and shows justice acts as a subjective reflection of the higher law. The justice manifests itself in relations between people, and love is its distinctive Christian criterion. The author argues that the Christian ontology enables to achieve a synergistic unity of justice and law.
