THE FACTUAL GROUNDS OF FORENSIC EXAMINATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article attempts thoroughly to analyze and distinguish comprehension of factual grounds of forensic examination, to identify approaches in science and trends in practice for their determination in specific occurrences, to evaluate them and, also, to distinguish universal criteria for diagnosing factual grounds of forensic examination.
