FEATURES OF CULTIVATION FACILITIES AS OBJECTS OF AGRARIAN LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF CONDUCTING GREENHOUSE AGRICULTURE

Abstract
In the article the specifics of cultivation facilities (greenhouses and glazing units) as special objects of agrarian legal relations in the sphere of conducting greenhouse agriculture have been studied; definition of cultivation facilities has been formulated; conclusions about the necessity of legislative consolidation of the legal regime peculiarities of cultivation facilities and measures for state support of their construction or reconstruction have been justified.
