PECULIARITIES OF INVOLVING AN EXPERT AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF INVESTIGATION OF HOME-INVASION ROBBERIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and research of features of the involvement of an expert at the initial stage of the investigation of home-invasion robberies. The estimation of conformity of results of conducting forensic examinations as evidence to the criteria of appropriateness, admissibility, and reliability is given. Proposals on improving the expert’s work at the initial stage of the investigation of robbery in order to increase its efficiency are presented.
