DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF CONTROL FOR THE EXERCISE OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF THE ECONOMIC COMPETITION WITH THE CONSENT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the experience of administrative and legal regulation of control over observance of the legislation on protection of economic competition in the EU. The main provisions of the European Union’s primary law, which regulate the monitoring of compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition, are analyzed, and the basic principles of legislation in this area are analyzed. The positions of scientists concerning the chosen scientific problem are presented. The progressive tendencies of the mentioned international experience are singled out with the aim of improving the national legislation in the investigated sphere.
