GENERAL THEORETICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GENDER POLICY IN UKRAINE: DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and legal aspects of gender policy. It is determined that the subject of gender policy has an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral character. The actual problems in the field of gender policy in Ukraine are described and the main directions of increasing its effectiveness are formulated.
