LEGAL STATUS OF AGE-BASED PROPERTIES AS PARTICIPANTS OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONS: DOCTRIAL PRINCIPLES

Abstract
It is known that development, accumulation, modification and transformation are subject to all state and legal phenomena, including legal status, including minors and minors. It so happened that minors and minors are endowed with the ability to sublimate modern factors and transform them into the newest channel, they do it much faster and more efficiently than the older generation of citizens. That is why, for a deeper understanding of the legal status of minors and minors in the article, we propose to go deeper into the sources of origin and formation, the formation of the legal status of minors and juveniles.
