WORLD MODELS AND FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES INFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract
The article aims to study global models and fundamental principles of the information society. The investigation, review and summarize existing international models of information society in most developed countries and in countries characterized by lack of primarily new information technologies, as well as sufficiently democratic society. Studied all the existing paradigm of the fundamental principles of the information society. The author supplementing existing principles of the information society, which will contribute to its improvement. It is concluded that the information society in its universal sense, though not based on true but the world’s most advanced models of leading countries and has its development of fundamental principles based on universal principles and fundamental rights.
