FEATURES OF APPLICATION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS OF THE ECHR LEGAL POSITIONS IN THE FIELD OF THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in the field of the right to freedom of expression guaranteed by Article 10 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The author analyzes the relevant practice and tries to demonstrate the possibilities for its implementation in the administrative proceedings. In this regard the article examines the practice of the ECHR, which concerns the freedom of speech in administrative legal relationships that arise between a private individual and civil servants.
