Abstract
The article overviews responsibility for violation of intellectual ownership rights. The features of administrative responsibility are investigational for violation of intellectual ownership rights and indicated signs of legal responsibility for offences which trench upon objects of intellectual property. Also certain attention of scientists-administrativists, which probed in their works administrative responsibility for offences which trench upon objects of intellectual property.
