MAIN APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF CONCEPT OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the basic approaches to the definition of the legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine. It has been paid the attention to the purpose and the main tasks of the institute of legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine. It has been proposed the author’s definition of the concept of legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine in modern realities of the Ukrainian state building.
