LEGAL NATURE OF THE RIGHT TO PROTECTION OF CIVIL RIGHTS

Abstract
This article focuses on the legal nature of the right to protection of subjective civil rights. The author systematically anal- yses the legislation of Ukraine, as well as existing in domestic and foreign civil doctrine views on the nature of subjective rights protection, highlighting several major groups among them. Based on the analysis, the author in a consistent manner makes a distinction between such concepts as the “right to protection” and “protection of rights”.
