LAW AND MORALITY IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: LEGAL INSTITUTIONAL APPROACH

Abstract
The issue of forming modern fundamental foundations of sustainable development by addressing the traditional requirements of morality has been considered in the article. The legal institutional approach to solving the problems of interaction between law and morality while regulating social relations has been outlined.
