AS TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and list of the principles of financial system. On the basis of the conducted re- search author makes conclusion that there is no providing a legislative framework as for some definition “financial system”, “principles of financial system”, so its list. Taking into account complexity of the determination of the list of principles of financial system, it is necessary to review for the purpose of classification on principles of “system” in the most general essence: principles of configuration management of the financial system; principles of component elements of financial system; principles directed on reforming and development of stabilized financial system.
