ETHNOCULTURAL SECURITY OF HANGARY UNDER THE NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the provision of Hungarian ethno-cultural security in connection with the adoption of the new constitution of the country. The characteristic of the Hungarian nation and the conditions of its formation are revealed and made. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the absence of risks for neighboring states and international organizations caused by Hungary’s granting of Hungarian citizenship to ethnic Hungarians from neighboring countries.
