ADMINISTRATIVE FEE AS A PARTIAL OF FINANCIAL-LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES PURSUANT TO THE LEGISLATION OF SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of particularities of legal regulation of administrative fee collection as part of state registration of business entities. It is determined the legal nature of administrative fee that is collected during the state registration of business entities as the part of financial-legal regulation in some foreign countries. The comparative characteristics of the legislation of some foreign countries and the legislation of Ukraine in this sphere of legal relations are carried out.
