FEATURES OF FORMS OF REPRESENTING OF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF UKRAINE OF THE INTERESTS OF A CITIZEN OR STATE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

Abstract
Paper studies theoretical and practical implementation issues of the representation by Prosecutor the interests of citizens or state in the administrative court in accordance with the Bill of Ukraine «About Prosecutor’s Office» dated 14 October, 2014. The forms of an implementation of the prosecution function representation of the interests of citizens or state in administrative proceedings are highlighted. The powers of the Prosecutor for the establishment of the grounds of representation, and practice of their implementation are analyzed.
