ELEMENTS OF LEGAL STATUS OF REPRESENTATIVE IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
The article deals with the legal status of the representative and approaches to the definition of its structure. The basic elements of the legal status of a representative in the administrative process are determined. The guarantees are analyzed as conditions of practical realization of the rights and responsibilities of the representative.
