LEGAL NATURE OF JURAL RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL SOCIAL MAINTENANCE

Abstract
The article deals with the relationship in the sphere of non-governmental social maintenance. Authors’ definition of the term is proposed. Such elements of jural relations as: subject, object, content are explored. The main features of these relationships are represented, signs of them are determined.
