GENERAL PARTNERSHIPS UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of current normative acts and their application the general theoretical characterization of the general partnerships’ status under the legislation of Ukraine has been made. According to the survey the own opinion in improving the current legislation of Ukraine in this sphere has been expressed.
