CATEGORY CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS: CONCEPT AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
This article analyzes the main approaches in the literature and the views of domestic and foreign lawyers, on the con- cept of constitutional and legal status, which made it possible to systematize the existing current views and approaches to develop their own vision on the subject of the study of matter, to expand knowledge of this concept and its substantive content, improve the theory and practice of Ukrainian constitutionalism, including legal opinions that exist.
