GOVERNMENT AS A SUBJECT OF PREVIOUS CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIC

Abstract
The article is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of the previous constitutional control of the government in the legislative process of Ukraine and the French Republic. The attention is paid to the procedure for implementing the previous constitutional control over the acceptance of laws in Ukraine and the French Republic. It has been expressed proposals concerning borrowing from the experience of the French Republic in the part of the government’s previous constitutional control over the acceptance of laws.
