ON THE ISSUE OF THE CREATION OF THE SUPREME ANTICORRUPTION COURT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The author highlights the general principles of the existence of anticorruption judicial bodies in the article. Examines the issue of the feasibility of the creation of the Supreme Anticorruption Court in Ukraine. The draft of rule of law on the anticorruption court is analyzed, and conclusions are drawn.
