HELMNO LAW IN „EKSTRAKT MALOROSIYSKYKH PRAV 1767” AND “EXTRACT OF THE DECREES, REGULATIONS AND STATUTES 1786”

Abstract
The article deals with the historical and legal analysis of “Ekstrakt malorosiyskykh prav 1767” for which Helmno Law along with Magdeburg Law became one of its sources. The content of “Extract of the decrees, regulations and statutes 1786” is revealed. The sources of Magdeburg law were also analyzed in detail. First of all, the contents of the book “Saxons Mirror or Saxon and Magdeburg Law”.
