ACTUAL ISSUES RELATED TO MAINTAINING A SINGLE STATE REGISTER

Abstract
The article discusses topical issues that arise when applying the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Legal Enti- ties, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations” regarding the Unified State Register. The concept of a legal institu- tion “a person who acts without a power of attorney in the USFR” is disclosed. A legal opinion was formed in the situation, when inheriting rights from the deceased member of the company, including the acting head. Separately analyzed a way out of the situation when the change of the head does not pass, in connection with the failure to hold a general meeting, as the application of the bankruptcy procedure or forced liquidation. At the end of the article, a question about the possibility of violating the principles of personal data protection when changing the head of a legal entity, whose account remained in the USR was considered.
