CLASSIFICATION OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGIMES OF NATURAL RESOURCES BY SUBJECT OF THEIR REGULATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the criteria for the classification of international legal regimes of natural resources on the subject of their regulation in the modern international natural resource law. It is noted that in international law there are ambiguous approaches to the category of “regime” and the presence of its confusion with similar legal phenomena. Author’s definition of “international legal regime” of natural resources is given.
