SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR THE ADOPTION OF LEGAL ACTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL DETERMINATION

Abstract
In the article the author contemplates the peculiarities of the adoption of legal acts in the context of the principle of legal certainty. The requirements arising from the principle of legal certainty in the process of adoption of legal acts are determined and analyzed. The importance and necessity of observance of these requirements in the process of adoption of legal acts is substantiated.
