THE RIGHT TO PROTECTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE REFORM OF THE ECONOMIC LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the right to protection in the context of reforming economic justice. The components of the right to defense are determined, it is substantiated that the right to protection in economic legal proceedings is absolute. The definition of the right to protection in economic legal proceedings is proposed.
