THE SYSTEM OF CHURCH CRIMES IN THE LEGAL MONUMENTS OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LITHUANIA

Abstract
The publication is devoted to the analysis of church offenses recorded in the monuments of ecclesiastical law, the agreement charters of Grand Dukes and kings of national and local significance, codes of secular legislation and private codification collections. The normative reasons of legal responsibility in the church law of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania are analyzed.
