ABOUT SOME TENDENCIES, STRUCTURE AND CAUSES OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Abstract
The article deals with some trends, structure and causes of juvenile delinquency. For the prevention of juvenile delinquency the importance of both the procedural activity of the pre-trial investigation bodies and the law-enforcement activity of the courts is significant. The legal measures that courts apply to minors undoubtedly influence the causes and conditions of committing crimes.
