RELEVANT ISSUES OF APPLYING INCENTIVES TO EMPLOYEES IN CURRENT CONTEXT

Abstract
The article deals with the use of incentives to workers in a market economy. The emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the norms of the current legislation regulating the use of material and moral encouragement. A comparative analysis of the provisions of the Labor Code of Ukraine and related normative legal acts determining the types of incentives for certain categories of employees is carried out. The scientific-theoretical approaches on the specified issues are investigated. Conclusions and suggestions are made.
