TO THE ISSUE OF THE FORM OF CERTAIN REPRESENTATION CONTRACTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the current issues of the appropriate form of the conclusion of agreements on representation. Studies various aspects of the relations between agency contract and powers of attorney agreement. Special attention is devoted to the study of possibilities for the conclusion of representation contracts in electronic form.
