THE SUBJECTS, WHO ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVIDENCE ACTIVITY IN ADMINISTRATIVE CRITERIA RELATING TO CORRUPTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the subjects involved in the evidence in the cases of administrative offenses related to corruption. The article analyzes a circle of such entities. The role of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in Evidence is revealed.
