TO THE QUESTION OF MARRIAGE BETWEEN PERSONS WHO ARE RELATIVES OR HAVE A DIFFERENT RELATIONSHIP WITH PERSONS, WHO WERE MARRIED

Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific problems of determining the list of persons who are relatives or other kinship, marriage which is invalid according to the family legislation of Ukraine. In addition, the author gives suggestions on improving the existing family law in this area, particularly regarding the proliferation of rules on the invalidity of the marriage with the relatives in the marriages between stepmother and stepson, stepfather and stepdaughter, half-brothers and half-sisters, a person who can be her guardian, patronatem educator, foster father or mother, father-mentor family-type orphanage, stepmother, stepfather, other person who took the child into the family.
