Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of corporate crime in the field of pharmaceutical business in Ukraine and the world. The author focuses on the cross-border nature of criminal activities in the field of pharmaceuticals. The article contains the basics of criminological forecast in terms of pharmacological corporate crime.
