POLYVARIANCE AS A SIGN OF PREPARATORY PROCEEDINGS IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article considers such a significant sign of the stage of preparation for trial as polyvariance. The author argues that this stage is part of the criminal process, is included in the stages of criminal proceedings in the court of first instance. This proceeding as a result of the development of the procedural form has become a sign of polarity that will be manifested in accordance with the rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure at this stage, along with the solution tasks related to the organization of proceedings in the court of first instance, other tasks are solved, due to the fact that the structure of this proceeding includes other proceedings that direct to simplify the procedural form.
