SOME DEVELOPMENT ASPECTS OF MODERN SCIENTIFIC VIEWS ON ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE UNDER CRISIS CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the development of modern scientific views on the administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions. The author identifies theoretical and practical issues that are left out of the attention of scientists and require a theoretical and practical solution in order to improve the activities of public administration bodies in this area. It is clarified that existing educational and research studies on the problems of administrative and legal regulation of the economy can be grouped into several groups: a) studies devoted to the analysis of the general theoretical aspects of administrative and legal regulation of the economy in both ordinary and crisis conditions; b) studies devoted to the analysis of public administration in the field of economic security; c) studies devoted to the analysis of anti-crisis state regulation of the economy; d) studies devoted to the analysis of the activity of public administration bodies of foreign countries regarding anti-crisis state regulation.
