VARIETIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND CATEGORIES OF THEIR CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the legal category of administrative procedures. Taking into account the fact that the activities of the public administration are quite diverse, this causes the existence of different implementation rules in the resolution of certain cases, the approval of administrative acts. Because of what administrative procedures are usually divided into varieties according to different criteria. Thus, administrative procedures are divided for species in the article; their classification is offered according to various criteria. The author characterizes the types of administrative procedure. The scientific approaches to the consideration of the classification of the category «administrative procedure» are analyzed. Classification of administrative procedures implies a wide variety of criteria for their separation, which depends on the legal sphere; participants of activity; objectives of implementation; indispensability of participation in administrative procedures; implementation initiatives; functional directionality; etc. It is noted that the most common classification of administrative procedures is their division into jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional ones. The article considers the need to further develop of the administrative procedure, in particular, for the legal consolidation of the basic principles of administrative procedures and rights of individuals and legal entities, it is proposed to enact a law, within which legal regulation of the category of administrative procedures would be implemented.
