PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF FORENSIC VERSIONS CONSTRUCTION AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

Abstract
The article is devoted to identifying the complex of problem issues that occur in practical activity of pretrial investigation subjects namely the investigators of National Police of Ukraine departments. It was carried out well-grounded research of current issues by means of questioning afforested subjects and also by means of General Prosecution of Ukraine statistic data research, the author was succeeded in analyzing, comparing and determine the ways of current issues solving for caring out more effective procedure of criminal offences pretrial investigation.
