APPLICATION OF PUBLIC POLICY CLAUSE IN MODERN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
This article studies application of public policy clause in modern private international law. The author analyzed contemporary international legal acts, legislation and judicial practice. In the author's opinion, in the future, when modernizing Ukrainian legislation, it is necessary to take into account contemporary international legal acts.
